Logging In to Pays Wallet
Pays Wallet uses a simple, secure login system. No passwords to remember — just your email or social account.
How to Log In
- Open the Pays Wallet app.
- Tap Login / Register.
- Choose your sign-in method — enter your email, or tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google.
- Complete the authentication prompt.
- You'll be taken straight to your wallet once verified.
Biometric Login (Face ID / Fingerprint)
After your first login, you can use Face ID (iOS) or fingerprint authentication (Android) for quicker access. This is handled through your device's built-in security — Pays Wallet simply uses whatever biometric method your phone supports.
Staying Logged In
Your session stays active for a period of time so you don't have to log in every time you open the app. If your session expires, you'll just need to sign in again using the same method.
Logging Out
To log out:
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and tap Log Out.
- Confirm when prompted.
You can always log back in using the same email or social account to access your wallet again.
Trouble Logging In?
- Not receiving the email? Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you're using the same email you originally signed up with.
- OAuth error? Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, check your internet connection.
- Session expired? Simply log in again — your wallet and funds are safe and waiting for you.
