Account & Settings

The Settings tab is where you manage your profile, contacts, security, and preferences.

Profile

Tap Account Details to view and edit your profile:

  • Name — Update your display name anytime.
  • Email — View the email address linked to your account. This is the email you used to sign up and cannot be changed directly in the app.

KYC Status

Your identity verification status is shown on the Settings tab with a badge:

  • Verified — Your identity is confirmed. You have full access to all features including virtual cards.
  • Pending — Your verification is being reviewed. You'll be notified once it's complete.
  • Rejected — There was an issue. You can retry from the Cards screen.

Contacts

Manage your address book for faster crypto transfers:

  • View contacts — See your saved contacts and their wallet addresses.
  • Add a contact — Tap "Add Contact" and enter a name and wallet address.
  • Add a saved address — Save frequently-used addresses for quick access when sending.
  • Delete a contact — Swipe left on a contact to reveal the delete option.

Contacts make sending crypto much faster — instead of typing an address, just select the person from your list.

Security

Access security settings to manage how you protect your account:

  • Biometric authentication settings (Face ID / fingerprint)
  • Session management

Legal

View the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and other legal documents related to your Pays Wallet account and virtual cards.

Logging Out

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Log Out. You'll be asked to confirm. After logging out, you can always sign back in with the same email or social account to access your wallet.

Tap the support/chat icon (powered by Intercom) from the Settings tab or anywhere in the app to reach our support team. You can chat with us in real-time about any issues.
